Rest secure as the roots near the river,
let not a day go by without His kindness,
exercise the patience He has shown us
to Brother and Sister, no brittle dryness,
so close the source of grace is to us all-
realized when faith seen in our forgiveness…
from the furnace of sorrow by God’s loving grace.

“You, you were with Him” but He was denied
by one of His followers, as you and I,
and the flesh of man would do no different
as Paul has said, stumble on but try,
there from the depth of truth and love,
the river, the life gifted by God Almighty…
from the furnace of sorrow by God’s loving grace.

For long suffering to be known, one must
be fired again and again… in the affliction
of the furnace of God’s trials, know this sons
and daughters of man… of our distribution
and part we’d play, to God’s own will we
will be found, joy remembered in provision…
from the furnace of sorrow by God’s loving grace.

Psalm 105:41 KJV
41 He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.

Jeremiah 17:8 KJV
8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

God encourages his people to be kind to one another, even enemies. These Bible verses allow God to speak to hearts on the importance of kindness, which in the end leads to good in the world.

If I empty myself of hate, or things I’d consider important… God can fill me with His love and I’ll look at things differently than I did yesterday!
