Life and death… sounds so permanent,
and yet this life is but a blinking of the eye,
compared to eternity, and many feel nothing
more from it, though they say they would try,
the question then is,”What do you try?,” to
find more than meets the senses you’d feel,
to wonder what lies beyond this life, to know
there is a built in hole in your soul so real,
find comfort in knowing there is a solution
to this emptiness you feel from… from inside,
it is meant for you to seek your maker, to see the
beauty of His creation… to get home and abide.
Home… and you might call this your home, NO…
there is a time and place He will recreate the Earth,
this world is stained by sin and sin cannot be
endured by a righteous God… nothing here of worth
but You, the ‘You’ He died to keep you from hell…
so think about this life’s consequences, your own
actions you will take, and strive for God… do well.
When even a thief on a cross questioned himself… and found God was next to him, and repented… the words from Jesus were,”With Me you will be in paradise.” Don’t you sense and glimpse the personalized experience here… one to complete the emptiness that finds man without God? I’m sure the thief did not wake up that morning of the day he was going to die thinking,”I have a Savior… and I will find Him today!“
43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away ; and there was no more sea.
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
