Easter (Passover) represents eternal hope…

it is life beyond the grave to save and cope,

there is nothing more evident than resurrection…

the resurrection of Jesus is God’s declaration

of surety… the promise come to see His truth,

His Son raised from the dead, living the proof,

and what man can declare God to be a liar…

those that deny God lives, the false crier

that sets their way against God… against love

and to claim they’d come in peace as a dove.

No… love does not treat another this way

or that, love accepts what one is prone to say,

love looks within the heart… no blind spot

here, if your behavior doesn’t match, caught

you in a lie, love won’t lie… steadfast, true,

eternal light comes from God… never through

with simple words but things are planned out,

this makes those in darkness to want to shout

out and have their pain understood, be heard,

although they’re unsettled… belief in God’s word

is God’s own presence among us, as He was,

and still is… No explanation to man He owes

for doing things as He chooses to, His voice

is the one to listen to while you have a choice.

To the christian, one who is one of the living stones… of the temple of God, it is left an abstract of devotion to desire to build a Temple for the worship of God- especially one where sacrifice is to be put into practice (again). The sacrifice of Jesus at the cross was enough to see Him as He really is, the Savior and deliverer of the whole world, and the debt for sin has already been paid. There is no need to seek to find a sacrifice more perfect than what Jesus was… the Messiah Himself, where God was born of man for this purpose- for a perfect sacrifice once and for all. This was accomplished by God Himself… how else could Jesus raise from the dead, with numerous eyewitness accounts… so we might believe the truth- this is NOT just a story but an actual event in human history. His presence in human history denotes the importance of us (as humans) to God Himself.

1 Peter 2:4 KJV

4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,

stone–Peter (that is, a stone, named so by Christ) desires that all similarly should be living stones BUILT ON CHRIST, THE TRUE FOUNDATION-STONE; compare his speech in Acts 4:11. An undesigned coincidence and mark of genuineness. The Spirit foreseeing the Romanist perversion of Matthew 16:18 (compare Matthew 16:16,”Son of the LIVING God,” which coincides with his language here,”the LIVING stone”), presciently makes Peter himself to refuse it. He herein confirms Paul’s teaching. Omit the as unto of English Version. Christ is positively termed the “living stone”; living, as having life in Himself from the beginning, and as raised from the dead to live evermore ( Revelation 1:18 ) after His rejection by men, and so the source of life to us. Like no earthly rock, He lives and gives life. Compare 1 Corinthians 10:4, and the type, Exodus 17:6, Numbers 20:11.

It is my prayer this Passover (Easter), 2015, you will come to see Jesus for who He is, was and will be forever… The God and Messiah of our lives. The cross of Jesus allows humanity to see what we deserve, and Jesus took this death as His own for us all- that we would not get what we all deserve… or be forced to go where He died to save us from going. How dire is this place… that God would rather die for you than force you to go unwillingly to hell. Now… it will be only be man’s choice to go, by not accepting God’s gift of life- found in the life of Jesus. You also have this choice today… and I hope you choose life eternal with God yourself. You do… don’t you? (D.V.)

Matthew 25:46 KJV

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

What nature do you claim... and exhibit?

What nature do you claim… and exhibit? You can say you believe in God but it really does come down to how we treat others among us… and our behavior is the fulcrum to the belief we have- of God or not! Choose you God this Passover, 2015, the God of love. Life is more than we see with Earthly eyes or even what we think it can be. 1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
