There are those whom believe they will be acting on God’s behalf[or not], to fulfill the prophecy needed… of the Temple being rebuilt, to secure the last day and ‘the end of times’ before God makes His final appearance- the Second coming of Jesus Christ. I feel it is true to God’s word, found in the Old Testament [this includes the Jewish Torah] and New Testament of the holy Bible- the living word of God. God cannot lie [and does not lie], as told us in scripture.
Titus 1:2 KJV In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
There are many which desire the building of the Temple: the Jewish people [so they can once more worship as they believe they should], christians [knowing they are the living temples of God already but will see this as a sign of the coming completion of the age of man], those that think it will be for peace [at odds with all mankind and those of faith] and those that will [and desire to] worship the anti-christ [deceiving many to their desire for this to happen]. No matter which camp you are in… the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem is an inevitable event, one to take notice of. It is a sign post of the prophecy surrounding it with the controversy of many that cannot understand the motives, reasons or desire for it to actually happen. I can suffice it to say [with all confidence] the word of God [the Bible] tells us it will happen before all this takes place.
Mark 13:14 KJV But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:
When the Temple is rebuilt, and the abomination of desolation [the anti-christ] stands there… the one standing there will proclaim himself god… the scripture above will have been dramatically fulfilled- the red flag to the Jewish people, spoken of by Daniel the Prophet of the living God. The great Tribulation is to last seven years, and one could assume the first part of it might be peaceful… to obscure the full intentions of the things to be done- unholy things which God abhors.
PLEASE NOTE: some of the links below have various parties [all with an interest in rebuilding the Temple] and the links can be extensive in the details they’ve provided- often with other links or comments [a fairness to you and them to include]. You must come to your own conclusions [should you have questions… please ask them].
