There seems to be the growing thoughts of man to include many aberrant teachings. These days, chief among them is the notion of ‘Replacement theology’ or also known as ‘British-Israelism.’ To go to the length of such an attempt, to make one appear more Jewish than the people of God Himself, is a: travesty, lie, and at best a means to feel a part of God’s family (or to claim so) and at worst… anti-Semitic. There can be nothing good coming from this practice… to secure a false belief brought about from the prevailing opinion which subverts the very word of God, the words found in the Bible. Since all christian doctrines begin and end with the Bible as the source, any differing opinions seem to be subject to using the Bible itself to test the claim… to see if there is any truth to these same claims. It maybe found to contain some truth but the ‘sniff test’ will be made by those within the body of Christ Himself, and it should be done with the love of God God truly intended man to have- Jesus is this love come to save mankind from himself.

To first offer the aforementioned thoughts presented here… it is assumed to have come from the understanding (or thinking) there are what has been called ‘the lost tribes of Israel.’ To be lost is probably the biggest misnomer ever used, for ‘Jews’ and ‘Israelites’ are terms used within the context of the Bible interchangeably (for the time period we find ourselves in today)… meaning the same thing and speaking of all twelve tribes- none are lost. In order to check the claims made by those who believe these thoughts, as presented, it is imperative to go back to the Bible… to see what God says in His word. Let’s do that now.

I would hope and pray… you will pray, prior to reading from God’s word, that the benefit of understanding comes by way of the Spirit of God- from which true discernment is given us.

Acts 20:20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house, 21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. 22 And now, behold , I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there:

Romans 9:1 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost, 2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. 3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: 4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises; 5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.

Romans 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: 23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, 24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? 25 As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. 26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. 27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: 28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.

Romans 9:31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness. 32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone; 33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Deuteronomy 7:6 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

To think the terms ‘Israelites’ or ‘Jews’ in this day refers simply to the tribes of Judah or to the Northern tribes is to see nothing but a continued and ongoing division among all people still to this day. When the nation of Israel was formed again, in 1948, I don’t think there was a distinction between whether one was of the Northern tribes or of the land of Judah… but on the roles of the people of Israel itself- meaning… of the people of God and coming from the seed of Abraham. The importance here is to the concepts coming from and of the covenants of God made for the people of God… to understand there was nothing conditional about them (the last four covenants made). This places the importance of them being real for all the people of the remnant saved… and the remnant to be filled with clear and complete representation of all the twelve tribes. There is but one house when it comes to the people of God today. God does not half step anything… where we might. I do hope you will come to see by the light of love God shows us in His word, a love that has come to include all people of the world being welcome to gain eternal life. Jesus is the lamb of God, the Savior of the whole world- for the people willing to accept Him as their God… when He comes again it will be to claim His right with power and might. Will you be against Him or with Him… I pray you will find your way to His side. (D. V./Deo volente… God willing).

Your Brother in Christ Jesus,

Russ
